We start with a minimum of 6 months, then continue month to month with a one-month notice period. All training and workshops are delivered online; on-site delivery is available on request, with travel costs from the Czech Republic billed separately. We train groups of up to 20 people so there is room for hands-on exercises and questions – larger teams are split into more sessions. You pay for AI model usage directly to the provider through your own API key (typically a low single-digit sum per user per month). Prices exclude VAT; for EU business customers we invoice under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Do we already need to know where we want to use AI?

No. That is exactly why we start with conversations with management and employees. From your real work we identify opportunities and rank them by impact and effort.

Is this a good fit even for a company without an IT department?

Yes. We act as your external AI specialist and take over the technical side. From you we mainly need knowledge of your processes and one person who owns the change internally.

Isn't this just a one-off training?

No. Training is one part. We follow up with pilot projects, automations, documentation and long-term support so the new workflows are actually used.

How much does it cost?

Cooperation runs on a predictable monthly retainer. Plans start at €790 per month and differ mainly in the amount of time we dedicate to your company. Any work beyond the plan is always agreed in advance, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How long is the commitment?

How do you protect company data?

For each case we select tools and settings based on data sensitivity. Employees also work in the company AI chat with the company's own keys, so data does not flow through personal accounts. Cooperation includes safe-AI-usage rules and access control.

Will AI replace our employees?

Our goal is to remove routine, not people. AI takes over repetitive tasks – rewriting, searching, sorting data – and frees people up for work that requires judgment, creativity and customer relationships.

How will we know the investment paid off?

For every pilot we define a metric up front – for example time per task, error rate, cost or response speed. After deployment we compare the actual state against the baseline.

What do we keep if we end the cooperation?

Everything that matters. Prompts, guides, documentation, automations and the data in the client portal are yours. We document workflows so that your company is not dependent on us – you can continue on your own at any time, with the complete know-how.
